NX Blue is a specialist provider of temporary labour hire, contract and permanent recruitment solutions across the Manufacturing, Civil Construction, Infrastructure and Industrial sectors.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and customer-focused Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bella Vista . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment, building strong relationships and working in a fast-paced environment. As a key representative of NX Blue onsite, you will work closely with our client while supporting candidates and employees throughout their employment journey.

You will take ownership of day-to-day recruitment and workforce requirements, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently and both our client and workforce receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Manage daily workforce requirements and ensure vacancies are filled promptly.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable and available candidates.
- Conduct site inductions and support new employees through their onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and maintain a visible, responsive onsite presence.
- Support employee engagement, attendance, performance and retention.
- Coordinate workforce mobilisation and compliance requirements.
- Respond to candidate and employee enquiries professionally and promptly.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our recruitment CRM and database.
- Work collaboratively with the broader NX Blue recruitment, operations, safety and employee relations teams.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve recruitment processes, service delivery and workforce outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, workforce coordination or account management is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
- A genuine commitment to providing excellent service to clients, candidates and employees.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence using recruitment, CRM or database systems.

Experience within Civil Recruitment, FIFO works will be highly regarded, although it is not essential.
