About the Role
As an important member of our Growth Services team, you will deliver training programs to external customers covering topics such as the property management lifecycle, business development programs, soft skills, leadership and management, human resource management and administration.
Key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
Facilitating and delivering instructor-led training sessions
Supporting learners throughout the training program, from registration andcommencement to completion
Scheduling and organising training courses
Developing, maintaining and reviewing instructor-led training courses
Developing, maintaining and reviewing eLearning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Preparing and managing the delivery of live training events
Assisting the Support Consultant with phone, email and live chat support to members, as required
About You
This role is ideal for someone with a strong Property Management background who is confident and passionate about presenting to live audiences.
This role would suit a department leader who has worked across a variety of areas within Property Management, and who is ready for a change of pace while helping raise industry standards and supporting others working in the profession.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A robust background in Real Estate Property Management
Well-developed presentation and facilitation skills
A proven ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines
Real Estate Licence or Registration is preferred, but not essential
