JRG Recruitment seeks a Freelance Garment Technician & Fit Specialist (Womenswear) to oversee technical development, fit and refinement from prototype to bulk across multiple brands. The role offers autonomy and variety, with occasional in-person fittings in Orange, NSW, and strong collaboration with offshore factories.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years' experience in garment tech/fit, solid womenswear construction knowledge, and is proficient in Excel and Illustrator to create explicit tech packs
