Trippas White Group is currently seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join the SkyFeast kitchen located in Sydney Tower. The role focuses on high-quality desserts, pastries and buffet offerings in a quick-paced environment.

You will maintain pastry quality and presentation, support chefs across restaurant service, functions and events, and help mentor junior team members while upholding food safety standards.
