Gallagher Hotels are looking for Hotel Pub Managers! We are looking to grow our team at The Oaks in Neutral Bay & at Jacksons on George in the Sydney CBD. Seeking agile, happy & highly motivated applicants with emphasis on customer service & applicants who don't mind working nights. 4 x Fulltime Management roles are available currently. Advanced RCG training must be completed. Food Service & Gaming Experience is necessary.
- Be a highly motivated leader capable of always conducting yourself professionally & courteously
- Thrive under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of service,
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills & always be very well groomed.
- Manage the complete Pub operation, both during service times & pre/post service.
- Know & work all Sequence of Service, Pub policies & procedures & be responsible for the Pub operation at all times – all this must be in a friendly, informative & professional manner.
