## Motor Claims SpecialistApply: West Perth: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 10, 2026 (9 days left to apply): JR We are seeking focused and results orientated individuals to join our **Motor Claims team;** this role is responsible for managing motor claims, whilst delivering exceptional member service. **Location:** West Perth offices & Work from home 50% of the time upon completion of training**Working hours:** Full time - 37.5 hours per week**Hours:** Work Monday to Friday and have weekends free! Alternate Shifts including 7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm and 9am to 5pm**Pay:** Competitive base salary + super + incentives + discounts!**Training:** You’ll be set up for success with in-depth training and on the job support**Team:** Working for an Insurance market leader you will be working with collaborative, supportive and likeminded individuals, with leaders who focus on your career development **What will you be doing?*** Manage a caseload of motor claims to maximise outcomes.* Negotiate liability with other insurers and third parties.* Communicating clearly and professional, both verbally and in writing.* Monitoring settlement performance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.* Ensuring all claims are handled in line with RAC Insurance policies, procedures, authority limits,
