The Hoxton Melbourne is preparing to open its first Australian hotel in Cremorne. We are seeking a Director of People & Culture to build the P&C; function from scratch, lead pre-opening recruitment, and partner with the business on culture, wellbeing, and compliance with Australian law.

You will drive talent strategy, design policies, and ensure wage compliance, while embedding The Hoxton values and leading our Do More community work.
