Central Desert Regional Council is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of Remote Australia Employment Services across Central Desert communities in their designated region. You will supervise community staff, perform culturally responsive case management, and coordinate training pathways to achieve employment outcomes.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will engage with community stakeholders and support local projects to ensure services comply with funding
