DXC Technology is seeking a people-first Team Manager to lead a 12-person Workers' Compensation payments team responsible for end-to-end processing of medical certificate payments from injured workers and employers.

You will drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement in a regulated workplace, mentoring staff, monitoring performance, and collaborating with Case Managers and finance teams.
