R Con Civil is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to expertly run a CAT M Series grader on diverse civil projects across the ACT and NSW regions, with occasional South Coast work. The role requires flexibility to operate other plant and a robust commitment to safety and quality.

You will read plans, grade to exact levels, and contribute to roadworks, earthworks, subdivisions, and major infrastructure works. A driver’s licence and relevant tickets are essential.
