ConnectAbility Australia is seeking skilled Disability Support Workers to join our Community Living team across the Hunter region. We offer casual and part time roles in our 24/7 supported living environments, with shifts across day and night and a focus on person-centered care.

You will support customers with daily living, personal care, and local transport, while documenting progress and coordinating with families and health professionals.
