Brightstar Resources is seeking an experienced Alternate Open Pit Manager to support its open pit mining operations in Western Australia. The role reports to the Open Pit Mine Manager, acting as 2IC and providing operational leadership, planning and statutory coverage.

Based on a 8:6 permanent full-time FIFO roster, this position requires solid Deswik experience, a relevant engineering degree, and a proven track record in hard rock open pit mining.
