We're looking for an energetic, organised and reliable Leasing Agent to join our Rentals team at Harcourts ASAP.

This role is predominantly on the road , so if you enjoy a bit of variety, can manage your own day and don't mind getting your steps in while inspecting properties - keep reading!

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will look exactly the same, but your day-to-day will include but not limited to:

- Conducting Routine Inspections across our managed portfolio
- Completing Entry Condition Reports
- Completing Final/Vacate Inspections
- Conducting Open for Inspections and private property viewings
- Meeting and assisting prospective renters
- Finalising and preparing keys for new tenancies
- Collecting and returning property keys throughout the day
- Completing inspection reports accurately and on time
- Sending end-of-day updates and correspondence
- Reporting maintenance or property concerns identified during inspections




- Working closely with our Property Managers and wider Rentals team
- Jumping in and helping the team when needed - because we're all in this together!

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, confident and comfortable meeting new people
- Organised and able to manage a busy schedule
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- A strong communicator
- Detail-oriented - you'll be our eyes and ears out on the road!
- Positive, proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable using technology and property management systems
- Someone who enjoys being part of a fun, supportive team

A current driver's licence is essential for this role.
