About the Company
Our valued client is a leading manufacturer, distributor, and recycler of mobile garbage bins and waste management infrastructure, operating a major facility in Campbellfield, Victoria. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Warehouse & Logistics to join their team for an immediate start.
What's Involved?
- Leading and supporting a warehouse and logistics team
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Loading and unloading trucks using a counterbalance forklift
- Monitoring inventory and warehouse processes
- Supporting a safe and positive team environment
- Assisting with logistics coordination and workflow planning
- Working with SAP and warehouse systems
- Monday to Friday,
7:00am - 3:00pm roster
What We're Looking For
- Current LF Forklift Licence with solid counterbalance experience
- Previous Warehouse & Logistics experience
- Demonstrated Team Leader or Supervisor experience
- Experience using SAP or similar systems
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to motivate and support a team
- Full working rights within Australia
- Ability to attend a Teams interview and/or on-site client meet and greet
