Lumia Care is seeking Community Support Workers to assist elderly clients in the Nepean Region (Blacktown, Rooty Hill and surrounding suburbs). The role involves social support, transport, shopping assistance and meaningful community outings, plus personal care and domestic support to help clients stay independent at home.

We offer mentoring, paid induction and career development, with a range of shifts Monday–Friday 7am–3pm and a supportive team culture.
