The Royal Melbourne Golf Club in Black Rock, VIC, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions for the Club and Sandy Golf Links. This standalone role reports to the General Manager and offers flexibility for part-time (3 days a week) or full time arrangements for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll compliance (Finance handles payroll), and advising management on workplace
