As Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of Reloved, leading retail operations, supporting and engaging volunteers and creating an exceptional experience for every customer. You will have the opportunity to combine your passion for fashion and retail with a genuine purpose — knowing that the work you do directly contributes to supporting the local community. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for ensuring the Boutique looks beautiful, operates efficiently, delivers strong sales and remains a welcoming and engaging destination for customers and volunteers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Reloved Boutique
- Create an exceptional customer experience and build solid relationships with customers and the local community
- Lead, support, train and engage the team of volunteers
- Develop and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and boutique styling
- Select, prepare and merchandise quality pre‑loved fashion and accessories
- Ensure stock is regularly refreshed, rotated and presented to maximise sales and customer engagement
- Monitor and report on sales and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve store performance
- Develop and support in‑store promotions, events and initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales
- Work with Pink Finss' social media provider to identify stock, styling ideas, promotions and stories to feature,
and coordinate content from the Boutique
- Ensure pricing, tagging, stock management and retail processes are completed accurately
About you
- Previous experience in retail management, boutique retail, fashion or a similar customer‑focused environment
- Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and support volunteers
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and visual merchandising
- Excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to drive retail sales
- The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member
- A positive, energetic and hands‑on approach
- An interest in using social media to showcase fashion, connect with customers and promote the Boutique
- The confidence to make decisions and take ownership of the day‑to‑day operation of the Boutique with the Charity's ethos in mind

Reloved is the boutique fashion store of Pink Finss Charity, a local charity supporting people and families in the Hawkesbury who are affected by cancer. Reloved is a carefully curated boutique offering quality pre‑loved fashion, accessories and premium brands, with a strong focus on presentation, customer experience and sustainability. Every sale helps generate vital funds for Pink Finss and the people in the local community who need support.
