We deliver intensive, one-on-one intervention across literacy, language, and processing skills to children with Dyslexia, ADHD, ASD, and other developmental profiles. Our sessions are evidence-based and tailored — grounded in the Science of Reading and MTSS Tier 3 frameworks — but the magic is in the relationship. We're expanding our team of teachers, allied health professionals, and passionate individuals who bring skill, warmth, and real energy to the work.

About the Role

We're seeking a Learning & Developmental Support Specialist Teacher to deliver high-impact, individualised sessions targeting literacy, language, and processing skill development. This remote role offers flexible scheduling, with availability between 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM weekdays. Optional morning (7:00 AM – 9:30 AM) and weekend (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) hours are available. A minimum commitment of 10–15 hours per week is highly regarded.

This position is ideal for: Teachers, Developmental Educators, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, or individuals with proven experience supporting children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities





- Deliver structured, individualised one-on-one sessions targeting literacy, language, and processing skill development
- Use phonics-based, multi-sensory techniques grounded in the Science of Reading
- Deliver Tier 3 intervention within an MTSS framework
- Adapt each session to the child's unique profile, strengths, and needs
- Communicate regularly with families and the team
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing support planning

What You'll Need

- Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Education, Allied Health, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with kids with Dyslexia, ADHD, ASD, and other learning differences
- Solid communication and rapport-building skills
- A genuine passion for working with children who learn differently
- Literacy intervention experience is a plus — or we'll train you

Highly Regarded

- Professional registration with peak body or eligible for
- Knowledge of phonics, multi-sensory learning, and Science of Reading frameworks
- Experience in Tier 3 intervention (MTSS)
- Weekdays: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Weekday mornings: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- Weekend availability: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Hours: 10–15 hours/week
