Sharp & Carter is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the dispatch team in a busy Bass Coast site. You will ensure protected, accurate and on-time loading while developing staff and maintaining a structured pace.

You will coordinate daily manning, drive DIFOT, and uphold WHS and food-safety standards, working closely with Production, Maintenance and Engineering for continuous improvement. This role offers strong career development and stability within a growing operation.
