$70,000 – $80,000 per year, prorated for Part-Time
The Fundraising, Growth & Engagement Coordinator will support the growth and long-term sustainability of Peace of Mind Foundation (POMF) by building meaningful relationships with donors and supporters, strengthening donor stewardship and identifying opportunities to grow fundraising income and community engagement.
This remote work from home role will coordinate donor engagement and stewardship across one-off giving, regular giving, bequests, campaigns and community fundraising, while identifying opportunities for supporters to deepen their relationship with POMF over time.
Working closely with the Marketing & Fundraising Manager and broader POMF team, the coordinator will help plan fundraising campaigns, identify new fundraising and partnership opportunities, develop donor communications, maintain accurate fundraising information and provide insights into fundraising performance.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with POMF donors and supporters
- Welcome new donors and help them develop a deeper connection with POMF
- Coordinate donor thank-you and stewardship activities
- Support regular giving and bequest supporters with meaningful ongoing engagement
- Identify opportunities to strengthen donor retention and deepen supporter relationships
- Support the planning and delivery of fundraising campaigns, appeals and Giving Day
- Coordinate donor communications, impact updates and supporter touchpoints
- Help develop warm, authentic fundraising content that demonstrates the impact of POMF's work
- Identify opportunities to grow and diversify POMF's fundraising income
- Research potential donors, corporate partners, sponsors, philanthropic opportunities and community fundraising opportunities
About you
- Experience in fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, communications, partnerships, community engagement or a related field
- Solid relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong organisation and project coordination skills
- Confidence working with databases, spreadsheets and digital systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Initiative and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
