With a fully refurbished commercial kitchen featuring brand-new equipment and facilities , this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing food operation and build a dining experience that members are proud to call their own.

As a key member of the Club's Management Team, you will play an important role in shaping the future direction of food services across the Club, from casual member dining and café offerings through to premium event catering and special dining experiences.

Make the Role Your Own

This is not a role where you'll simply inherit someone else's menu.

We're looking for a chef who wants to:

- Develop seasonal menus
- Create weekly signature specials




- Build relationships with local suppliers
- Influence beverage and wine offerings
- Introduce creative food concepts

Your ideas and creativity will be encouraged and supported.

About You

You may currently be:

- A Head Chef seeking a better lifestyle
- A Senior Sous Chef ready for your next challenge
- A Club, Resort or Events Chef looking to make a meaningful impact

You will bring:

- Strong leadership skills
- Menu design and cost control experience
- Passion for quality food and presentation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A commitment to exceptional customer service
- Experience in golf clubs, private clubs, resorts or function venues will be highly regarded but is not essential.
