Contractfire is a medium-sized Fire Protection Services Contractor supporting large-scale commercial and health projects to critical infrastructure works. The Assistant Contract Administration person will support a small, friendly design and project management in-office team of 8 people who support field teams totaling approximately up to 40 employees over various large Melbourne metropolitan construction sites.
The role is permanent full-time and will include administration and company operation support tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Compile company tendering submissions
- Co-ordinate and compile project start up and completion documentation and submission
- Support the office team in ensuring successful project outcomes
About you
- Some level of prior working experience in an administrative/office support position or similar role preferred
- Knowledge or ideally experience in the administration or development of workplace SWMS,
ITP's or EH andS procedure would be a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, excel etc, being preferred
- Knowledge of project management software such as: Aconex, Hammertech, Visibuild, Payapps etc would be an advantage
- Ability to problem-solve and have solid organisational skills
- Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Experience in construction or building projects administration activities
- Superannuation + annual salary review
