We deliver expert solutions in instrument calibration and repair, high voltage cable jointing, testing and maintenance, oil filtration, fibre optic and data cabling, cable splicing, and CCTV system installations.
We're looking for a CPA-qualified Senior Accountant to join our team, taking ownership of our financial and management accounting function while leading the day-to-day operations of our administration team. The ideal candidate will communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking setting.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in our finance function, managing the full accounting cycle from reconciliations through to month-end reporting, while overseeing the administration team's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounting and month-end close processes end-to-end
- Prepare and analyse management accounts, superannuation, BAS, and tax obligations
- Oversee reconciliations across all accounts
- Manage costing processes
- Prepare and monitor Profit & Loss reporting
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the administration team
- Support broader business decision-making through accurate, timely financial insight
About You
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role
- Strong technical skills across financial accounting, management accounts, reconciliations, and costing
- Confident managing full month-end processes independently
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with Xero and Workbench highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
