About the role:
- Act as Licensee in Charge
- Oversee compliance and supervision requirements
- Authorise trust account transactions
- Support the Director with scheme management matters
- Assist with budgets, levies and arrears
- Attend virtual AGM and committee meetings as required
- Work alongside an experienced accounts and support team
About you:
- Current NSW Class 1 Strata Managing Agent Licence
- LIC experience or eligibility
- Strong NSW strata management experience
- Current CPD
- Confident working autonomously
- Strong understanding of NSW strata compliance
