Our client, a major Federal Government department responsible for immigration, citizenship, border security, national security, cyber policy and social cohesion, require the services of a Senior EDRMS System Administrator .
Duties of the Senior EDRMS System Administrator
- System Administration & Infrastructure Management;
- Manage & support the functioning of technology infrastructure, including operating systems, infrastructure software, & utility software;
- Oversee data management products, office automation tools, & middleware to ensure seamless integration & uptime;
- Manage & optimise system software within hybrid & multi-cloud environments;
- Continuously monitor & optimise the performance of system software to ensure high availability & efficiency;
- Develop & maintain diagnostic tools & procedures for system software troubleshooting & performance analysis;
- Manage the lifecycle of information management systems & EDRMS.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in Windows Server administration;
- Hands-on experience with AWS;
- Experience managing middleware,
operating systems, & utility software;
- Information Management: Familiarity with EDRMS (Electronic Document and Records Management Systems) or general information management systems (desired)
- Experience with Objective (highly regarded).
- Development: Basic coding experience or scripting skills for automation and diagnostic tool creation (desired).
