G2i Inc. is seeking a Senior/Staff-level software engineer evaluator to assess AI coding agents’ behavior. This contract, remote worldwide role focuses on judging usefulness, engineering judgment, and the quality of explanations rather than writing production code.

You will provide explicit, written feedback and video explanations, helping shape what excellent interaction looks like when using tools like Codex, Claude Code and Cursor.
