Xero is seeking a Self-Service Enablement Lead within the G&A; Data & Analytics team. You will own how Finance, HR, Legal, and Workplace discover and act on data, define the enablement roadmap, and set guardrails for secure self-service data usage.

You will partner with senior leaders to embed data into planning cycles and decision forums, while lifting data literacy and maturing responsible data use across the function.
