CommBank’s Group Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) team is seeking a Manager to contribute to our Group M&A; department within Group Strategy. You will lead end-to-end execution of mergers, acquisitions and divestments, including due diligence and risk assessment.
You will partner with senior stakeholders across the bank, manage workstreams, perform financial analysis and valuations, and prepare presentations for Boards and committees on flagship transactions shaping the Group’s future.
