Cascade is a property sourcing, buyers agency, and referral partner. We've built a proprietary tool that hands buyers the insights and know-how to act as their own buyers agent right from their back pockets at zero cost to them.

Because of this technology, our buyer pipeline has exploded. We have a massive, continuous flow of active buyers who need strategic finance structuring and pre-approvals for their next investment or family home. We need the right partner to guide and service them through the entire purchase journey.

What You’ll Get

- $5,000 NET monthly retainer while you build your pipeline (designed to transition you off it within 3 months).
- Up to 20 warm enquiries daily , every single one an active buyer using our ecosystem.
- Fully remote autonomy , allowing you to work from your setup anywhere.
- Plug-and-play system , complete with proven processes, scripts, and CRM tools.
- Genuine education and mentorship to sharpen your skills and market intelligence.
- Realistic second-year earnings of $250,000 to $300,000 for top performers.

What We Need From You

- Property in Your Veins: Property and what makes the market move should be in your blood, on your feeds, and your bedtime reading.



You aren't just doing a job; you live and breathe real estate and economics.
- Deep Market Understanding: The market has shifted, and you must know why . You don't need a crystal ball, but you must understand property cycles, macroeconomics, where the market is going, and where it could head.
- Client-Facing Strategist: We are not looking for another backend processor. We need a front-line, client-facing advisor who can build instant rapport, guide buyers through complex purchase decisions, and structure deals intelligently.
- Licensing & Accreditation: Fully licensed and accredited finance broker. If you are currently under an aggregator, we will verify compliance compatibility.
- Setup & Capability: Your own hardware, tech, and remote setup. Able to process your own files initially before handing off to a dedicated processor once earned.
- Availability & Mindset: Absolute dedication never miss a call, enquiry, or appointment. Hungry, coachable, and zero ego about learning our way.

Be Honest With Yourself About This Role

Remote does not mean relaxed. This is not a 9-to-5 position. Our team works long hours, including weekends, because that is when buyers are making offers and evaluating properties.

The retainer is a temporary runway, not a salary. We expect you to transition off it and earn well beyond it within three months. You get out exactly what you put in. We do not pay for you to bring a book an across you won’t need one.
