Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Designer with extensive experience in IBM Filnet Case Manager . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Case Management solutions while driving technical excellence across delivery teams.

Location: Sydney.

Salary: AUD Annual Gross.

Role Responsibilities

- Design and architect enterprise-scale IBM FileNet and Case Manager solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
- Configure, develop, and enhance Case Manager components, workflows, widgets, and custom integrations.
- Develop Java-based integrations with FileNet and external systems.
- Provide technical leadership, estimation, sizing, and solution governance for new initiatives.




- Troubleshoot and resolve complex FileNet and Case Manager issues.
- Support operational excellence, risk remediation, and performance optimization activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8, Case Manager, and Content Navigator.
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale ECM solutions.
- Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel and relocate to Sydney, Australia.
