We're seeking a capable and customer-focused professional to join our team in a hands-on role that combines customer service, e-commerce, sales administration and marketing support. If you enjoy working across multiple systems, solving problems, supporting customers and being part of a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Deliver exceptional customer service and account support
- Process customer orders and manage sales administration activities
- Coordinate inventory, stock movements and product information
- Maintain customer and product data across business systems
- Manage and support all in-house e-commerce platforms
- Assist with website updates, digital marketing and social media activities
- Support operational improvements and day-to-day business activities.

You are a customer-focused professional who enjoys building positive relationships and delivering outstanding service. You bring proven experience working with Shopify and other e-commerce and CRM platforms, along with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Adaptable and proactive, you enjoy learning recent systems, solving problems and contributing positively as part of a collaborative team.
