We're excited to be opening a new store in the Domestic Terminal at Melbourne Airport and are looking for 2 x Part-Time Retail Sales Assistants and 2 x Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our team.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience for travellers. You'll assist customers in finding the right luggage, backpacks and travel accessories while maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Typical duties include:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will ideally have:





- The ability to communicate closely with managers and safely move/handle stock.
- Flexible working hours. Must be willing to work weekends and some weekday availabilities.
- You must have the ability to obtain an ASIC pass which includes background checks.
- Experience within retail.
- A desireto achieve sales targets.
- You should enjoy customer service as much as making sales.
- The ability to communicate closely with managers.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
