About the Role





As ourFundraising Officer,you'llhelp grow sustainable fundraising income through corporate partnerships, fundraising campaigns, donorengagementand community fundraising.

You'llidentifyand develop new corporate partnerships, coordinate fundraising campaigns including Tax Appeal and Perinatal Mental Health Week, supportcommunityand peer-to-peer fundraisers, and continually improve the systems, resources and frameworks that strengthen fundraising performance.

This is a hands-on role with a focus on building meaningful corporate partnershipswithlong-term impact.

Your impact

- Develop and grow corporate partnerships aligned with our values
- Identify,assessand engage prospective corporate partners
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns including Tax Appeal and Perinatal Mental Health Week
- Support community, peer-to-peerand regular giving programs
- Strengthen donor communications and engagement
- Review and improve fundraising systems,toolsand processes
- Maintain fundraising databases and activity tracking
- Collaborate across teams to increase fundraising reach andimpact
- Report on fundraising performance,insightsand opportunities

What You Bring (Essential)

- Experience sourcing and developing corporate partnerships,sponsorsor major donors
- Experience engaging confidently with senior leaders within corporate organisations
- Experience developing and delivering fundraising campaigns




- Experience managing fundraising activities without external agency support
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working remotely and managing competing priorities
- Knowledge of ethical fundraising practice and privacy legislation
- To support effective remote work,you'llneed a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
- Experience using Raisley, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Experience using Microsoft Planner
- Interest in perinatal mental health
- Experience working with community fundraising or volunteer-led fundraising
- Experience working within a not-for-profit environment
