Acting as a trusted partner to the Senior Director, you will manage complex workstreams, support client engagement activities, drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes.

A key focus of the role is supporting Visa's growing engagement across NAB's acquiring and acceptance ecosystem. Working closely with CyberSource, Acceptance Solutions, Value-Added Services and broader Visa teams, you will lead and manage initiatives spanning merchant acquiring, eCommerce, gateway, fraud, acceptance and business payments solutions.

Success in this role requires strong execution capability, exceptional stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, with experience across acquiring, merchant services or acceptance solutions viewed favourably.

Core Responsibilities:

Business Banking, Acquiring & Partnership Enablement:

- Taking the lead on client engagement activities by helping prepare business reviews, executive discussions, growth plans and strategic initiatives.
- Manage activities across issuing, acquiring, acceptance and value-added services teams to support partnership priorities.
- Develop a strong understanding of NAB's acquiring landscape, strategic priorities and payments ecosystem to support opportunity identification and execution.
- Maintain visibility of actions, commitments, risks and dependencies across the portfolio, ensuring timely follow-through and resolution.

Acquiring & Payments Solutions Support:

- Support initiatives relating to merchant acquiring, acceptance, eCommerce, gateway, fraud and business payments solutions.
- Drive and partner closely with cross-functional teams involved in acquiring-related opportunities, projects and client deliverables.
- Assist with the development of client proposals,

business cases and executive updates relating to acquiring and acceptance opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, client priorities and competitive developments to support strategic discussions and opportunity identification.
- Partner with CyberSource and broader Visa stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to acquiring opportunities across the NAB relationship.

What We Expect of You, Day to Day:

- Drive execution of partnership priorities through disciplined planning, stakeholder coordination and follow-through.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Senior Director in managing day-to-day portfolio priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships across NAB and Visa stakeholders.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
- Monitor progress against commitments and proactively manage risks, dependencies and escalations.
- Lead client engagement through the development of insights, presentations, business reviews and executive communications.
- Contribute to governance, prioritisation and decision-making across Business Banking, Acquiring and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve partnership effectiveness, execution discipline and ways of working.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
