Innovative Talent Group in Baulkham Hills NSW is seeking a Strata Manager to act as Licensee in Charge and oversee compliance for NSW strata schemes. The role is fully remote and part-time, offering 20–25 hours per week with compensation up to AU$150K pro rata plus super.

Ideal candidates have a NSW Class 1 Strata Managing Agent Licence and robust strata management experience, with CPD compliance and autonomy. Temp-to-perm options and a supportive team are available.
