We’re looking for a motivated Membership Consultant to join the team at Plus Fitness Sydney Olympic Park and play a key role in growing our current club and building a strong local fitness community.

About the Role

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be one of the key faces of the club.

You’ll work closely with prospective and existing members, helping drive membership growth through lead follow-up, club tours, membership consultations and exceptional customer service.

You’ll also be involved in our pre-opening sales campaign, local marketing and social media content, giving you the opportunity to help shape the culture and growth of the club from the beginning.

This is a full-time position with ongoing training, development and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the club’s pre-sales and membership growth activities
- Generate, follow up and convert membership enquiries
- Conduct club tours and membership consultations
- Build strong relationships with prospects and members
- Follow up leads and work towards individual and club sales targets
- Assist with the club’s social media presence and create engaging content
- Respond to social media and membership enquiries
- Deliver outstanding customer service and member support
- Assist with member onboarding and general club operations
- Contribute to a positive, energetic and high-performance club culture




- Represent Plus Fitness Sydney Olympic Park professionally within the local community

- Comfortable working towards sales and performance targets
- Proactive and able to work independently

- Confident using social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Eager to learn, develop and progress professionally
- Passionate about health, fitness and helping others succeed

Sales or fitness industry experience is preferred but not essential.

If you have the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn, we’re happy to help you develop.

What We Offer

- $60,000 base salary + super
- Uncapped performance-based commission
- Realistic OTE of $65,000–$75,000+
