Silverchain is hiring experienced nurses to deliver compassionate, person-centred care in clients' own homes across the northern suburbs from Parafield. You will support complex needs, manage admissions and care plans, and work with a supportive leadership structure.

With a minimum 12 months general nursing experience and current AHPRA registration, you will bring strong assessment skills, a client-centred approach and a versatile learning mindset to our not-for-profit home care team.
