SEEK Australia is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead client relationships across the Sydney metro area, coordinate with franchisees and cleaners, and ensure service delivery aligns with contract requirements and quality management.

You will manage, train and retain staff, plan and inspect periodical works, and be prepared to work after hours as needed across All Sydney Metro sites. A proactive, self-driven communicator is essential.
