InterContinental Perth, part of IHG, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The role blends supervisory and administrative duties to support HR initiatives and colleague engagement across the hotel.

You will partner with leaders to ensure effective HR processes, onboarding, records management, and compliance with hospitality awards and laws. This position requires Australian working rights and 1+ year generalist HR experience in AU/NZ.
