Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, is recruiting Occupational Therapy graduates for its 2027 Graduate Program. The 12-month program starts with 12 weeks of induction, easing you into practice with a reduced caseload for four months to build confidence and clinical reasoning.

You’ll have weekly 1:1 supervision for six months, monthly mentoring, a dedicated buddy, and regular PD. Join a supportive, multidisciplinary team across Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown and Penrith.
