NiCE is seeking an AI Presales Engineer to partner with Sales on discovery calls, demos, and POCs, bridging technology and business value across our CXone platform and standalone AI solutions.

You will work in a high-impact presales function, translating client requirements into architectural blueprints using RAG, LangChain, and related AI tooling, while engaging C-level stakeholders on ROI and security considerations.
