About the Role:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of our Tube Laser Machine and CNC Router. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the precision and quality of our metal fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, program, and operate the Tube Laser Machine and CNC Router as per job specifications.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.
- Monitor machine operations, detecting and resolving any issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment problems.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products,



following established standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Accurately document production data, including material usage and machine performance.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, specifically with Tube Laser Machines and CNC Routers.
- Proficiency in FABCAD or AUTOCAD software for programming and design.
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good time management skills to meet production deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy materials when needed.
