Queensland Sales Representative

Location: Queensland, Australia (remote, field-based role)

No Ordinary is continuing to grow, and we're looking to add an experienced sales and business development professional who is passionate about food service, coffee/beverages, and building genuine customer relationships.

We're proud to supply high-quality beverages to cafés, hospitality venues, roasters, distributors, and food service operators. As our Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in growing our brand presence, winning new business, and supporting our existing customers throughout the region.

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales and business development role focused on growing Global Endeavours Australia's presence throughout Queensland's market. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing new customers, managing existing accounts, and representing our brands within the hospitality and coffee community. We're looking for a self-starter who is highly motivated, confident working independently, and comfortable spending time on the road building relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities throughout Queensland.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential customers across the food service sector.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and tastings.




- Confidently manage cold calling and new business acquisition activities.

Account Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and increased product penetration.
- Work closely with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Brand Development

- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, café activations, and networking opportunities.
- Help increase brand awareness and visibility within Queensland channels.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide market feedback and recommendations to support business growth.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

- Previous sales experience within the food service, beverage, coffee, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of the coffee industry and café environment.
- Proven business development experience with a track record of winning new customers.
- Excellent relationship-building and account management skills.
- Robust communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Comfortable travelling regularly throughout Queensland.
