Databricks is seeking a Customer Enablement Architect to design and lead enablement programs across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Training Delivery, and Operations to deliver learning solutions and drive adoption.

You will balance strategic customer engagement with program execution, understand curriculum requirements, and engage with technical stakeholders while not delivering hands-on training. Travel within ANZ may be required.
