Senior Technical Specialist – End User Compute (EUC)
MuraConnect is partnering with a leading Brisbane-based technology firm to identify a Senior Technical Specialist – End User Compute (EUC) to support the delivery of a major hospital project in Queensland. This is a 12-month fixed-term role.

This senior technical role provides specialist EUC expertise across planning, documentation and hands‑on delivery. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager – EUC and a broad range of technical, clinical, vendor and project stakeholders to support the successful rollout of the EUC program.

The Role
As the Senior Technical Specialist – EUC, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and practical delivery support across a complex End User Compute environment, including:

- Planning and delivering EUC technologies within a hospital environment, including Workstations on Wheels (WOWs), wall‑mounted devices, Point of Care terminals, Downtime Viewers and other clinical devices
- Managing SOE/MOE and device configuration, Active Directory and user/device management
- Supporting network technologies, including VLANs and WLAN, as well as Rapid Access / Single Sign‑On and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
- Coordinating printers, scanners, multifunction devices and other peripherals
- Developing implementation plans, roadmaps, Bills of Materials and technical documentation
- Providing vendor coordination, technical assurance and delivery oversight
- Supporting testing, readiness and implementation activities
- Translating technical requirements into practical implementation activities,



ensuring the EUC solution is fit for purpose in a highly regulated healthcare environment

About You
To be successful, you will be a collaborative, solutions‑focused EUC specialist who can confidently engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and ensure EUC requirements are understood, documented and delivered.
You will bring:

- Significant experience in End User Computing / EUC, with strong technical knowledge across workplace technologies, devices and peripherals
- Proven experience delivering EUC solutions in a hospital or healthcare environment
- Experience working with Queensland Health / eHealth Queensland (highly desirable)
- A strong understanding of SOE/MOE, Active Directory, networking and end‑user technologies
- An understanding of security requirements relating to generic accounts, rapid access and healthcare environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
- Strong technical documentation skills and attention to detail
- The ability to build effective relationships across technical, project and clinical teams, and to operate effectively in a complex, fast‑paced and highly regulated project environment
