About the Opportunity
We are offering a structured apprenticeship program in Structural Steel Fabrication. This opportunity is open to apprentices at any stage of their apprenticeship , whether you are just starting out or looking to continue your training in a current environment.
This is a hands-on role combining factory-based training and on-site experience, giving you real exposure to all aspects of the trade.
As part of the program, you will work towards a fast-tracked pathway to a Certificate IV (via RPL), setting you up for long-term career growth within the industry.
What You’ll Learn
Structural steel fabrication and assembly
Welding, cutting, and finishing techniques
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Safe use of tools, machinery,
and equipment
On-site installation and project work
Industry safety standards and best practices
What We’re Looking For
Genuine interest in fabrication, construction, or trades
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
Willingness to learn both in the workshop and on-site
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work in a team environment
White Card (or willingness to obtain) preferred
What We Offer
Competitive pay: $20 - $30 per hour (based on year level/experience)
