Key responsibilities

- Installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out breakdown repairs
- Performing preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Commissioning, testing and troubleshooting systems
- Working across residential, commercial and industrial sites
- Taking responsibility for jobs from initial attendance through to completion
- Identifying issues and recommending practical solutions to customers
- Completing service reports, job notes and required documentation
- Communicating professionally with customers, suppliers and other trades
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, cleanliness and safety
- Providing guidance and support to apprentices and junior technicians

About you

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- White Card
- Robust air conditioning and refrigeration experience
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Sound electrical knowledge
- The ability to confidently work independently




- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Positive communication and customer service skills

$55-$70 per hour + super, depending on experience and capability
