About the Role

As our Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers and visitors to the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
- Making coffee for customers coming into the dealership from a professional Barista coffee machine.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Responding to customer enquiries and ensuring they are connected with the appropriate team member
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is presented to a high standard
- Assisting customers with general enquiries and providing a positive customer experience
- Supporting the Sales team and General Manager with day-to-day administration
- Managing appointments and directing customers to the appropriate department
- Assisting with general office and administrative duties, such as filing and data entry
- Supporting the dealership team with customer follow-up and other tasks as required
- Maintaining a professional, organised and welcoming front-of-house environment

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident, friendly and approachable
- Barista experience preferred




- Presents professionally and takes pride in their appearance and work
- Has a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is confident using computers and learning new systems
- Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Is reliable, punctual and takes ownership of their responsibilities
- Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a positive workplace culture
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Previous reception, administration, automotive or customer service experience will be highly regarded, however we are also open to the right person who may be looking to take the next step in their career.
