Alliance Airlines is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for the IT team, delivering Level 1–3 technical support across the business. You’ll support Windows and iOS devices, MS 365, Exchange Online and hybrid environments, remotely or in office in Nundah.
In a small team, you’ll troubleshoot incidents, manage device deployments, patching and asset lifecycle, while contributing to secure, reliable IT systems. Occasional travel and on-call duties may apply.
