The Role

Tungsten Mining are advancing the development of our Watershed Project, located 130km north of Cairns, and are seeking Civil and Non-Processing Infrastructure (NPI) Supervisors to join our project delivery team on site.

Reporting into your respective discipline Senior Project Engineers, you will ultimately be responsible for the site-base supervision, coordination and delivery of either NPI or Civil construction activities. Additional role responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities across civil and NPI work fronts.

- Monitor contractor performance against safety, quality,



schedule and budget objectives

- Coordinate multiple contractors, vendors and specialist subcontractors.

- Review construction programs and monitor productivity and progress.

- Conduct site inspections and provide regular progress reporting.

- Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved designs, drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate inspections, hold points, witness points and quality documentation requirements.

- Assist with progress claim assessments and verification of completed quantities.

- Manage defects, non-conformances and corrective actions.

- Participate in risk assessments, JHAs and SWMS reviews.

About You

- 5+ years' experience supervising civil construction projects within mining, infrastructure or heavy industry

- Strong contractor management and site leadership experience

- Proven experience delivering earthworks, roads, drainage and concrete packages

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

- Strong understanding of safety, quality and environmental requirements

- Supervisor S123 (formerly G189), White Card and current driver's licence

- A practical, hands-on approach with solid communication and problem-solving skills
